Transform Your Life with Virtue Quest – Out 11/11

After many months of designing, developing, testing, and occasionally going crazy, the release date is finally close. I could not be more thrilled to share my work with you!

Virtue Quest launches worldwide in Apple App Stores on November 11, 11:00 a.m. CET!

If you’re looking to lead a more virtuous life, are generally a personal growth-enthusiast, or just struggling with some bad habits – this app could be for you! It’s also a 100%-match in case you love squirrels because it prominently features Benjamin Franklin’s squirrel, Mungo.

A Unique Take on Habit-Building

Many habit trackers do just one thing: let you track your successes and failures. With Virtue Quest, I took a uniquely different approach in that Mungo the Squirrel will actively guide you to build certain habits, one virtue at a time.

I consciously chose Franklin’s approach as it has stood the test of time and is applicable to a wide range of life-situations. Even if you so far haven’t thought about how virtues such as Temperance or Silence apply to your life, I promise you the guides included in Virtue Quest will be helpful. I have been trying to present Franklin’s wisdom in a fun, compelling, and highly accessible way that makes it easy to understand and follow-through. But don’t take my word for it – give it a try!

Free to download

Virtue Quest is free to download and includes many free features. If you just want to use it as a habit tracker to keep an eye on your performance, you can do so without spending a single cent. To access premium features, I offer you both subscription options (less than one Euro/US Dollar per month!) and a one-time purchase lifetime option. I invite you to try everything out before you buy: The premium guides are completely free for the Temperance virtue, which is the first virtue you’ll be working on, and each subscription option includes a 1-week free trial.

Although stressful at times, I had tremendous fun designing and developing this app. I learned a lot about app development but even more about the business and marketing side along the way – and fought some bureaucratic battles David vs. big corp Goliath as well. But I’m far from done yet: I have many more features planned building on Virtue Quest’s unique angle. I don’t just want it to be like any habit tracker but something special. I’m super curious what you all think about the app so far and would love to hear your feedback. You are also invited to share your feature requests with me.
